Mini Fridge Review - Alpicool MG9

So you decided to add a mini fridge.
 
This is an Alpicool MG9
12 volt and 9 quart size (small).  Draws about 30 watts.

The riser on floor is an 18qt Hefty plastic storage container from Home Depot.

The MG - 9 comes with a wall outlet plug and a 12v cigarette lighter plug port cable.  Both are sort of short can reach the front seat to a power station basically with some good slack, but going to rear seat be about half way into back seat in length.

The 12v wall plug is white with a power pack where it has the plug into wall. The cigarette port cable is black. Both plug into the side by the passenger car door. The plug coming out of the cooler has a little bulky plug housing about the size of half your thumb. It also plugs in opposite to front facing so have to wrap plug around which is fine so it ejects the cable down the side to the rear facing the glove box.


Nice fridge gets it to 36 degrees not just a chiller like some that are not fridges.  Can put 9 cans but I had about 6 sodas in or 3 and a little soda bottle plus another can on top so 4 or 5 cans not sure exactly the best fit with other things and that many cans, but actually it is more cans I had meat packs in it before for sandwiches but as shown in new pictures here you can get 9 cans in says Amazon.  So depends what your cooling.

It comes with about a 7 page manual easy to read and understand.  There are only 3 buttons on the fridge with an up and down arrow and power is all.  So there are some unique button combinations to change Celsius to Fahrenheit.  Etc... hold both 3 seconds.

The top of this is in the trunk.
The water is likely from using a ice cooler water on floor rising up.

2 cans are under the sideways can.  It won't fit 3 in a row that is why the other can is in the middle.
That's it another can on left and in middle and then the top tier on right.  Maybe another fits in top left corner but I think it is more than 9 doing the math here.  2 on each side inside 2 on top of that plus 1 in middle, plus 1 more sideways on top of middle can. Be top tier shelf with another 2 or 3.  Be 10 or 11 cans?
