Radiator Cooling Fan Plug

Radiator Cooling Fan plug.

Remember that the 2nd wiring harness wraps around the cooling fan tab on the driver side.  So this tube plugs into the larger tube then that wraps around the cooling fan 3/4 circle retainer location.

[Side Note:]  This is not an actual cooling fan plug it is exactly similar, however a real one has 3 wires and the inside has 3 metal tangs.  This has 2 wires and 2 metal tangs.  Otherwise is exactly the same.

The plug is solid; sad face :(

There is a rubber gasket inside and each hole on the back has one as well, but the actual brown part is all one piece.  Under the red cover is brown and that brown is also the brown of the larger outside.  Which is what I wanted.

Meaning you can not take a good connector without a broken clip and slide it over because it is all one.  You can maybe swap the red part.  I broke it with pillars trying to remove it.  Pulling it away from the brown part.  The red snapped leaving a solid brown plastic piece.  Sad face :( again.

This plug if it was a real plug, has about a 6 inch set of wires that then plug into another wiring harness, and that wiring harness has a clip on it, not the other way around, so you have double ended clips for the shorter wiring harness to the radiator cooling fan.

So what this means is you need to undo both is the clips are broken, and the bigger one is attached to a much larger array of tubes and harness's.
