2005 Chevy Cobalt Maintenance

2005 Chevy Cobalt 2.2L L4 Engine (05 Only!! other years and engines are different!)
From the Haynes manual, chapter 1 (1-1 & 1-2) Tune-up and routine maintenance.

CAPACITIES:
Recommended Lubricants & Fluids:
All capacities approximate. Add as necessary to bring up to appropriate level.
1.) Engine Oil: API "certified for gasonline engines"
2.) Fuel: Unleaded gasonline, 87 octane minimum
3.) Automatic Transaxle Fluid: DEXRON III automatic transmission fluid [not VI]
4.) Brake Fluid: DOT 3 brake fluid
5.) Engine Coolant: 50/50 mixture of DEX-COOL and potable water

7.) Coolant: 6.8 quarts (6.5 liters)
8.) Automatic Transaxle (drain and refill): 6.9 quarts (6.5 liters)
[best way to determine the amount of fluid to add during a routine fluid change is to measure the amount drained. Begin the refill procedure by initially adding 1/3rd of the amount drained. Then, with the engine running, add 1/2-pint at a time (cycling the shifter through each gear position between additions) until the level is correct. It is important to not overfill the transaxle (see section 22)]

The picture above is upside down (is from the manual) I know this because the picture below is of the actual panel and also the bottom half of the panel (below) is not there (seen in the picture above).
So, then 1 fuse above the Yellow Arrow (in the top picture) is where the actual panel stops; which is half the panel missing.  Meaning, it is relay #30 on the right (pictured below), and those other 2 relays (in the image above) don't exist.  You'll see once you flip the top picture or bottom and compare.  Meaning turn it from the bottom at 6 o'clock over to 12 o'clock.
Airbag fuse is in the middle.  The red (10) above the large red panel in the middle is Airbag #13 fuse.
